Visiting this website
The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and scripts load from our own domain. The presentation at /60second-smartcity/ keeps your chosen language in your browser’s local storage, and that value never leaves your device.
GitHub, Inc. hosts the website on GitHub Pages. When you open a page, GitHub processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and protect the service, and may do so in the United States. Details are in the GitHub Privacy Statement.
When you write to us
If you e-mail us, we process your name, your e-mail address and what you write, to answer you and, if you wish, to prepare an offer or a cooperation. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Proton AG in Switzerland runs our e-mail service. The European Commission recognises Switzerland as providing adequate data protection.
We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your request. If it leads to a cooperation, we keep it as long as accounting and contract law require.
When you book a call
If you book a call through our booking page, Proton AG processes your name, your e-mail address and your note in Proton Calendar. We use them only to arrange and hold the call, on the same legal basis and with the same retention as e-mails.
We hold calls on Google Meet. Google processes technical data of the participants, such as the IP address, to run the call, and may do so in the United States. Details are in the Google Privacy Policy.
Links to other services
The LinkedIn and GitHub links lead to services with their own privacy rules. We do not pass your data to them.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, profile you or make automated decisions about you, and we do not send newsletters.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@joinedcontext.com and we answer within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
